Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

• Admission/registration fees are non-refundable.
• Tuition and examination fees are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

2. Duplicate Transactions

If you are charged twice for the same transaction, the duplicate amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

3. Cancellations

• Once a fee is paid, cancellation is not permitted except in case of duplicate or erroneous payments.
• Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing to our official email ID.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
