• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Unauthorized use of the app may result in suspension of your account.

3. Payments

• All fee payments made through the app are processed via secure payment gateways (e.g., PhonePe).
• Once a payment is confirmed, it will be considered final, subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any technical issues, loss of data, or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Banda, Uttar Pradesh.
